U.S. History and American Government and Economics (AGE) are offered every semester. 

World history classes have included The History of Psychology in Modern America,  World Mythology, Asian Studies, Black Studies, Latin American Studies, Joan of Arc, and Goddesses, Chariots & Pyramids.
